Why is it called Coop's Cotton Candy & Coop's Popcorn?

My name is Alexis Cooper, so "Coop" comes from my last name.

Is Coop's Cotton Candy and Coop's Popcorn allergy-friendly?

Coop's Cotton Candy: Yes! All flavors are dye-free, gluten-free, nut-free, kosher/parve, certified vegan, and made with organic cane sugar.

Coop's Popcorn: All flavors are gluten-free and popped in unflavored and uncolored coconut oil.

If you don't use food dyes, what color can I expect my cotton candy to be?

Coop's Cotton Candy: Without the use of food dyes, cotton candy flavors of candy cane, champagne, cheesecake, cherry, marshmallow, strawberry, vanilla, and watermelon are white in color. Caramel, gingerbread, and root beer are pale brown. Lemon and pineapple are pale yellow. Pumpkin spice is pale orange.

Coop's Popcorn: There are no food dyes used in any flavors of popcorn.

I can find packaged cotton candy and popcorn cheaper—why should I purchase yours?

You can absolutely find cotton candy cheaper elsewhere. These cheaper options are bulk-processed and made with food dyes, additives, and artificial flavors — and most are sitting on the shelf far longer than you'd realize. Each Coop's Cotton Candy order is spun fresh and hand-packaged. Real sugar and real flavorings are more expensive, but the taste is worth it!

Each batch of popcorn is small batch crafted and flavored with real ingredients. Seasoning blends are made in-house.

What's your return/refund policy?

Due to cotton candy and popcorn being perishable goods, returns are not available. We cannot be held responsible for improper storage of goods once delivery has been made. No refunds will be given if the product is damaged by customer after delivery. If there any issues with your order, you must email coopscottoncandy@gmail.com on the day of delivery for further instructions.
